Cascade Loop Rally

This will be our third straight year hosting our Cascade Loop Rally!  This event takes you through a majority of the famous and scenic Cascade Loop and has several scenic stops planned for each day.  This event is an overnight, 3-day event and will require a sign up cost to attend.  We will openregistration’s once we have details locked down and make sure to notify everyone via the club newsletter and on the group’s private Facebook page.  The event date also coincides with the famous Leavenworth Drive.  While the original Leavenworth Drive event organizers are no longer on board, the event is still held in spirit and we should see some pretty cool vehicles in town that weekend!

Day 1 of the Cascade Loop Rally starts off at the Twin Bridge Boat Launch in Mt. Vernon at our usually meet up location.  Meet up time will be 8am for this event with a driver’s meeting at 8:30 and roll out shortly after.  On Day 1, we’ll stop at Diablo Lake Vista for a bathroom break and to get some pics and video footage.  Next stop is Twisp Park in Twisp, WA where you can refuel (or recharge your EV).  Once we’re fueled up, we’ll head to Beebe Springs Wildlife Area for a quick bathroom break before continuing to our final destination on Day one – Icicle Village Resort.  Once checked in, teams will be able to relax and explore the Bavarian-themed town of Leavenworth, one of Washington’s greatest getaway destinations. 

On Day 2, the group will meet in the parking lot at 10am for a driver’s meeting before we head back out on the roads for a drive out to Coulee Dam.  We’ll head back west and make a stop at Alta Lake State Park to stretch the legs before heading back to Icicle Village Resort.  Teams will be able to head downtown to check out the cars and shops and meet again around 6 or 7pm for dinner at the famous 59’er Diner (as seen on tv!).  Once we’re done with group dinner, we’ll head back to relax and/or explore Leavenworth nightlife downtown.

For Day 3, we’ll check out of our rooms and meet downstairs at 10am for the group driver’s meeting before we head east on Hwy 2.  We’ll make a pitstop at Stevens Pass to get more pics and video footage before continuing over the pass to Monroe where we’ll end the event at Lake Tye Park.
