Welcome to the Ocean Shores Event #1 registration page for 2023!  Team registration cost for the Cascade Loop Rally is $50.  Team registration cost includes (1) Limited Edition Event T-Shirt and (2) Event Window Stickers.  Stickers come in your choice of colors and you have the option to add up to (3) custom numbers and/or letters to the graphic.  Event door and hood stickers and other apparel can be added as additional items by clicking the store link to view add-on items.

NOTE: This is a PNW Drives members invite only event.  Any registrations placed by non-members will be refunded.

Resort Information: 
The main group will be staying at Lighthouse Suites Inn but all members have the option to camp, stay with friends or family in the area, or stay elsewhere.  Itineraries will be included in each team packet and handed out on the meet up date.  If you make reservations elsewhere, please make sure to use the event dates and familiarize yourself with the itinerary so you know what times the group will be meeting up for drives.  PNW Drives group rates are listed below:

Sept 23, 2023 – $169.99+ applicable taxes for 2 guests – children 13 and under stay free.   Pet Fee is additional $25+tax per night for up to 2 pets.  Guaranteed check in time is 4 pm (can’t guarantee rooms will be ready prior to this due to number of existing housekeepers).

This will be our second run out to Ocean Shores for a drive on the beach and some relaxation!  If you haven’t had a chance to drive out on the beach in Ocean Shores, it’s a PNW experience that definitely delivers!!  This is an overnight, 2-day drive and will require team entry fee and registration.

Day 1 starts off with the group meet up located at the Kingston Park and Ride at George’s Corner at 9am.  Driver’s meeting will be held at 9:30am and we hit the roads shortly after.  We’ll be taking the group on a loop of the peninsula starting off in Kingston and taking Hwy 104 until we hit Hwy 101 where we’ll make a right and follow that along the northern part of the peninsula.  The 101 will turn south and we’ll continue on that highway until we reach our first stop for fuel at the 76 and Shell gas stations in Forks, WA.  Once we’ve refueled, we’ll continue our journey south until we reach Ocean Shores.  Once we reach our destination, we’ll take the group out for a group drive on the beach before checking into our hotels.  Once everyone has checked in, we’ll meet in the parking lot for another group drive and spend some time out on the beach before we head out to a group dinner at one of the local establishments.

Day 2 will consist of checking out that morning and meeting at 10am in the parking lot.  We’ll host the driver’s meet at 10:30 before we head back out on Hwy 8 heading east to I-5.  Once we hit the I-5 corridor, people will be able to break off from the group and head in the direction that makes it quickest for your team to get home.
